Surgery won't happen any time soon - there's competitions I want to host in april, so I can't lie around in a hospital for now. After talking to the doc we decided that, as long as I don't have any real problems with my elbow, that broken titanium can remain where it is. Oh well... That means I can start searching for a home in Hamburg right away, and that's exactly what I'll do during the next couple of days/weeks. If YOU happen to have a nice loft or whatever for rent, don't hesitate to drop me a line. Apart from that there are not that many news I can share - a lot of drinking going on these days, as there are tons of parties right now. Fun, but bad for my head. I was so hung over yesterday that I stayed in bed the whole day, and I am still dizzy. Catch y'all later!

Heard nothing from the hospital, so I am going back to Muenster today. I feel cheated on, because my schedule for the first six months of 2003 was tight, and now those mfs fucked it all up.
Saw Mr.Gentleman yesterday - probably germanys best live-act in Reggae. Gentleman, who goes by the name of Tillmann Otto, was sponsored by Vision Skateboards back in the late 80s, and he acts on stage like he used to on board - he gives everything he has, and he can surely rock a crowd. Must have been 1200 people yesterday, and they were LOUD. Brilliant show.
So, the hospital is not moving, so I have to. I am going back to Muenster today, and I will meet up with rapper Curse tomorrow, to get that interview about his new CD (Innere Sicherheit - Inner Security) done and shoot a couple of nice pictures. That will be good, Curse is one of my favourite artists in germany, a very intelligent man, and always inspiring to talk to.
DSF broadcasted the Osiris Winter Open today (for re-run dates, check www.stoke.de), and it was fun to watch, but we did so much more on that weekend - a couple more minutes with Max and some good skateboarding would have been nice, they certainly had enough footage.

I will not comment on that looming war, it has all been said an done. Bush is a moron, Blair is his little doggy, and they will just do as they please. Saddam has to go, no doubt about that, but there are other ways to accomplish that goal. For the moron and his buddies, it is all about the oil - order your hybrid car today, because once they are done in Iraq, the money you pay for fuel will go straight into Bush's pockets. Oh well, I commented on it anyway. Have a nice day.

Surgery? Operate my ass ... Went to the hospital this morning to find out that a piece of titanium, which was eventually supposed to take it's place inside my elbow, hadn't arrived in time, so now I am sitting in my mom's house, waiting for the call from the hospital. When the surgery is going to take place - I don't know. Could be tomorrow, could be next week; the hospital's schedule is tight and now they have to squeeze me in. This sucks. Can't really do anything. In a way it's cool though, because I'm done moving my stuff into my gf's basement and I can relax a little - if it wasn't for the fact, that I finally want to close my elbow-chapter ... Well, if it wasn't for that, I could relax. Now I'm just kinda bummed out. I always knew that the S in UPS is a lie.
