Well.
Yeah. Well. All is well. My new lenses are here and unbelievably crispy, the "S" in "UPS" does still clearly not stand for "Service", nor for "smart enough to push the right doorbell", and the I-Punkt-Skateland prepares for the upcoming competition this weekend. David Martelleur from Belgium will come to visit, and I'm waiting for all the other guests that are supposed to show up any minute. What else to tell? Not much. Savas' pictures have reached Berlin and Mike seems to like them, which is good. I just hope Savas likes them, too.
It's party-time... Hamburg. Dunno what to say. How about... Have a good time? Yeah. Well.

Have A Game
Yeah, really... Take a step back, relax, and play. When you're done playing, spend some money here.
Things to put your love to the test with:
- Tell your love you'll go for "one beer", end the conversation with a "See you in an instant" and let the beer last well over three hours.
- Come home drunk, throw yourself on the bed (and your sleeping love) and yell: "I'm back!"
- Hassle your love to turn around and partake in some kind of action even though the love clearly isn't capable nor willing to do anything else but sleep.
- Go to sleep, move wildly, push your love and snore or talk. Put fingers in your love's face. Smelling like a bar helps, too, but only if you manage to turn your love around.
If you meet me, give me a pat on the back. Or Oropax. Or a strong drink.

Done!
Oh yeah, I'm done. Done scanning. Three days straight, more or less... Outside activities, anyone? The guys at Optik Records and the girls at BMG will hopefully be pleased with the outcome. I know I am. Not 100%, but I'm still satisfied. Could have been a lot worse. Thanks Mike, Savas & Lumidee, that was quite an experience.
Thanks in advance and anyways to Klaas K., who took the time to sit down with me today to discuss the future of this website and it's soon-to-follow kids. Our goal is to surprise y'all with a nice package in January 2004, so don't tell anyone.
Have you ordered your Dendemann-CD yet? What are you waiting for? Open your eyes, can't you see that guy needs something to eat?
While Klaas and I talked, the doorbell rang. I got that Nikkor 55mm Micro yesterday, but I'm still waiting for my iPod and another Nikon zoom lens (28-80) I got at eBay. No homo, homeboy brought two packages... But not for me. The lady from the first floor wasn't home, so I took them. She'll pick them up. No iPod, no lens. I sent out some eBay-stuff as well, and when I returned I had some nice stuff in my mailbox. Outkast's "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below" and "You Don't Know Jack". eBay might be the Mercedes of cheapness and bargains, but Amazon ist the Ferrari of deliverance. So fast.
Go take out the trash!

Good Brain, Bad Brain
I remember now. Today is the day that Dendemanns new EP drops. Go buy it HERE and NOW!
Still scanning. But there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

Ah!
Man, I had tons of stuff I wanted to talk about... Where has it all gone? One thing was putting work over health and going to work even if you know you're putting your body to a serious test. I'll probably never understand that. Neither the company nor your place in there will cease because of one or two days. You will cease though, if you ignore what your body tells you.
Coca-Cola Chess!! Isn't that what you always wanted? It's a piece of gold from my teenage years. High emotional value. Oh, there's a nice Consolidated Skateboard and some other stuff, too.
While I'm typing away, I'm still scanning Kool Savas' pictures. Found out/Remebered yesterday that my Epson scanner - a thing I've come to hate for various reasons - does not quite reach the quality of my digital camera. "Ah", I thought to myself, "that's why the quality of the scanned pics is so shitty!" So I erased the 80 slides I had scanned up to that point and started over with a smaller resolution. It worked, but I've lost a day. Sorry Mike!
My Mom visited this weekend. That was nice. She finally thinks that I'm grown up now. Nice wish...
Oh, good, the scanner broke down... Gives me time to remember what I wanted to write about. Later!

Cheap Advisory
Don't go to bed without a seriously good link.
New...
...shit. More coming soon.
Late Bloomers
I forgot the funniest thing about Aurich last weekend: when I left that afterparty, there were two or three guys standing around outside the club, so I chilled and chatted with them while I waited for Torben. It didn't take them too long to identify me as the announcer, which is always an arkward base for a conversation, and off it went. I don't want to go into details, I just want to tell the funniest part of it: this arose when one of the fellows told me I was better, cooler, and relaxter on the mic than David Luther. For this I thanked him, and at the same time I tried to find out what David does that's so bad, but Torben came and I didn't get an answer to that question. It was funny as fuck though... Torben came up like "Eyo, David!", and that was that for the guy I talked to. He gave me funny looks the whole next day, and I couldn't help but just smile back widely. I'm still wondering what I did so good that David doesn't... Can't be better than him, he'd get really mad at me... Have a nice sunday!
