HIGHEST!

...bidder wins. And someone just offered more than you.

Just kidding.

Seven days left. And I'm not talking eBay here.

Nasenkrebs

Good morning (or whatever...)!

What a strange weekend that was. Strange, but a lot of fun. Unfortunately some of the Skaters at the Boardstein Benefiz Jam(mer) kind of lost the thought, that skateboarding is supposed to be fun in the first place, on the way to Mühlhausen, and once there, they started to act like maniacs. It got slightly aggressive here and there, as if there were a million bucks to skate for. Needless to say there were no millions involved. Kids, calm down, please. And even though I love to pick my nose - after a weekend in Mühlhausen even I think it's disgusting how much black snot a single nostril can produce. Apart from that and some glitches in the organisation department (sorry Bartosz and Team Freedom, again) it was a very relaxed weekend with a lot of beer, more skateboarding, loud punk fuckin' rock (some teams even skated with their "own" live band - SICK!!) and ... Well ... Almost everything one needs to have a good time. Thanks a million to Klaas, Arne, Thorsten, and everybody else who was involved - I hope you got some money out of it, and I hope even more that you guys are doing it again. There's a no-alcohol-policy for announcers and judges at almost every other competition, so I enjoyed getting shitfaced while trying to talk straight a lot. Great times.

We got out of Mühlhausen at 7.20pm yesterday and I had to drop off Keno Ringering in Aurich so he wouldn't miss school today. Mühlhausen to Aurich, that's a little over 430km with roughly 100km non-highway roads (that means no metal near the pedal). Nevertheless we made the way in a little more than 3 hours (C-Class Benz Coupé, olé), and after dropping Keno off it took us another three hours to get to Hamburg, because it started snowing and freezing over when we entered Aurich. No metal near the pedal, again, but at least we managed to stay on the road. We saw a couple of cars that weren't so lucky - 40km before Hamburg there had been an accident involving at least four cars and the same amount of huge trucks. There were cars flipped over by the side of the road and the whole scenery stretched out for what seemed to be a whole mile. I just hope that type of shit doesn't ever happen to me. I'd hate finding myself on sudden ice while doing 220km/h... It's just not the thing I want to experience. I hope you steer clear of that as well.

Have a nice week. And, oh yeah, go here and do something good for my bank account, because there's some serious camera gear I want/need to purchase. If you don't want to do that, and you're sitting on a bill I wrote you... Well... Pay that bitch. It's the best way to shut me up. I know I write dumb shit that no one is supposed to know sometimes, but usually this has no special motivation. If I have a special motivation, then I'm down to harm as well. Don't get me there.

Again, have a nice week.
