Second week in Hamburg already. That was fast. Still no phone in our new home, but Jo's cousin lives right across the street and we can use her DSL whenever we please. Thanks Katrin! Jo is pretty busy these days, and if you really want to piss me off, talk about "Lack" from Ikea, or any other type of shelf. I was sorting books when a big one decided not to stay on the wall yesterday. The whole shit, and what appeared to be half the wall, fell onto my bed. I retreated into the kitchen and spent the rest of the night in a really bad mood.
I'm off to Muelhausen (somewhere around Kassel), where I'll host the Brettkampf-Finals in the newly built Titus Skatehall. Should be big fun - I'll tell you about it.

That was a good weekend in Muenster. Mimi won the COS Competition - the "kids" were ruling the Skaters Palace. A new generation starts kicking some serious ass over here. Fabian Neugebauer qualified first in saturdays eliminations and had no problems maintaining top 3. Felix Bergmann was in there as well, with a huge transfer Ollie over the curbcut to Fs Tailslide to Fakie on lock. Nailed it every time, and it was really huge. They have a huge new obstacle as well - were the bowl used to be is a new deck, complete with euro gap, manual table, and a small bank so riders can gain enough speed for the handrail. A huge handrail, which was graced with a few Bs Lipslides, one Fs Boardslide (Dardan Sabovic), one Backside Smith Grind (Sebastian Waltl), one Kickflip (Bs) Boardslide (Patrick Streiter), one Feeble Grind Tailgrab (good one... Christian Krause), and one Bs Salad Grind Fs 180° off, which won the Playstation Best Trick Contest (Tobias Hunger). Tobias also did a Frontside Salad down that bitch - he had to work hard for that one.
Dino and Tilman shelled out a bunch of bottles of San Miguel (spanish brew, comes in one liter bottles with a screw cap) on saturday evening, and most of the ones in attendance were pretty shitfaced. I was for sure. I managed to keep Manuel's car clean though... Mostly.
Back in Hamburg. We've been here for ten days now, but it feels like I've been here forever. Feels good.
